WELCOME TO DEEP ROOTS FARM

Welcome to Deep Roots Farm. Our U-Pick Flower season is officially open for 2023!!! Our first U-Pick session will be Friday 7/14 from 5;30-8:00. Our goal is to stay open through October. We are a family-owned farm that opens our flower garden to the community for the opportunity to pick your own fresh flower bouquet!

HOW IT WORKS AND WHAT TO EXPECT!

Someone will greet you to help you get started. You will select the container size you would like to fill. We offer “as many as you can fit in a jar”, for one flat rate!

Available Options

$20 for a wide mouth half gallon jar full of flowers. (Jar not included)
$15 for a small mouth quart jar full of flowers. (Jar not included)
$60 for a bucket full of flowers.

*** Dahlias, Sunflowers and Gladiolus are sold per the stem ($2.00 each)

Once you have selected the size you would like to purchase, you can fill it with water and begin cutting! Be sure to cut your stems long! You can always trim them later!

Once finished you will pay and transfer your flowers into your own container to take home!

We may or may not have jars for you to purchase so it is recommended that you bring your own container for transport home.

What to know before arriving!

The U-Pick Garden is open to the public only on certain days.
Our hours are in the morning and the evening since flowers wilt in the heat of the day!
Bring your own jar or vase to transport your flowers. We will have water available.

Clippers will be available but feel free to bring your own if you would like.

Come Visit!!!

Our U-Pick hours for the 2023 season will begin in July and run through October.

Our U-Picks will be either in the morning or evening hours as the flowers do not do well when cut in the heat of the day!
We will post open U-Pick times and days on our Facebook page weekly.
